From our selected carriers, both DPD local and Parcelforce are tracked services. The courier will send you either an email or a text message with your tracking details and keep you posted with updates on your order.
Orders shipped with Royal mail that are under £30 in value will not provide you with a tracking number, just a delivery confirmation.
When ordering a leisure battery or a kit which comes with a leisure battery, this will be shipped directly from our supplier to you. For these we don't have tracking for each individual delivery. They are estimated to be delivered on the same day as the rest of your order.
