To a certain extent we can deliver to your needs. For example, if you can't take a delivery on a Wednesday. We will avoid sending the parcel on a next day service on Tuesday. We can send it on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Please specify this before placing your order as in peak times it's not always possible for us to do this.
Some of our couriers such as DPD local will allow you once the parcel has been shipped, to change your delivery preferences, leave in a safe place etc. To access these features, simply download the DPD app to your smartphone and use the tracking number they will text to you to make changes to your delivery.
