Warranty Information
All of our products are supplied with an absolute minimum 60-day workmanship and component guarantee. Any faulty products will be replaced or repaired if we are contacted during this period. The faulty item must be returned and inspected before the replacement is sent out, this usually occurs on the same business day, unless we need to extensively test the item. In which case this will be done as soon as possible.
We accept no liability for items not supplied by us, and any damaged that may be caused by a faulty item.
The fault must be reported within 60 days in order to guarantee that we can honour this warranty, any issues reported after the individually specified warranty period may not be covered. All items and warranties are subject to the following conditions;
1.1 Items/products are not covered for wear and tear, use outside of the description at the time of sale.
1.2 Rayne Automotive ltd will accept no liability for faults arising from wilful damage, negligence, use outside of proper conditions, altered goods or failure to follow the sellers instructions, verbal or in writing.
1.3 The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this Contract.
1.4 Where any valid claim in respect of any of the Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to meet their description is notified to the Seller in accordance with these Conditions, the Seller shall be entitled to replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or at the Seller's sole discretion refund to the Buyer the price paid for the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price) but the Seller shall have no further liability to the Buyer.
1.5 In no event shall Rayne Automotive Ltd be liable to anyone for special, collateral, incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the purchase of any Rayne Automotive Ltd product.
1.6 The sole and exclusive liability of Rayne Automotive Ltd regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product supplied.
1.7 Non -compliance with operating instructions, repairs made with other than original parts, or repairs made without authorization render the warranty void.
