We accept a return on any non-customised products within 60 days, for a full non-quibble refund. Unwanted items do incur a return shipping charge or you can arrange to have them shipped back to us at your cost.
All items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund. If the item is damaged we may be able to offer a partial refund.
Beyond 60 days, we will review each request on a case by case basis.

Customised products, such as our full camper conversion wiring kits are exempt from distance seller regulations and our standard return policy. Again if you would like to return this in a new unused condition we will review this on a case by case basis. (we can usually find a great new home for your wiring with another customer. But some systems which are highly customised my not be entitled to or only entitled to a partial refund).
If you are unsure if a product counts as "customised" then please contact us and we will confirm before the purchase.
