When do I upgrade to a 20A mains battery charger?
If you're purchasing one of our full electrical camper conversion kits including a mains hook up, then the standard charger which comes with it is an 8A charger.
If you're adding more than 160Ah of leisure battery without any solar panels, then it is recommended to add the "upgrade to 20A charger" option. Beyond 200Ah of battery then even with a modest solar set up (approx 100W), it is recommended to add the "upgrade to 20A charger"
